Phoenix Energy Technologies, a developer of enterprise energy management software and services, said today that it has opened up a new corporate headquarters in Irvine. The firm was previously based in Somerset, New Jersey. Phoenix Energy Technology is headed by Lisa M. Varga, and was founded in 2004.
