Power-One Shifts Board
Camarillo-based Power-One, a manufacturer of power supplies and related products, said earlier this week that it has appointed Jon Gacek to its board of directors. Gacek replaces Gayla J. Delly, who resigned from the board. According to Power-One, Delly resigned to devote more time to her business activities; she is President of Benchmark Electronics. Gacek is EVP and CFO of data storage firm Quantum Corporation. He also served as CFo of ADIC, and was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
