Los Angeles-based online comparison shopping site PriceGrabber.com announced today that it has launched a new, green shopping service called ShopGreen. The firm said the new service will offer comparison shopping for "green" products, from a variety of vendors. PriceGrabber said that the service, which is targeting environmentally conscious consumers, will also donate 5 percent of its profits from the new green comparison shopping service to leading environmental nonprofit organizations, including the Nature Conservancy, The Trust for Public Land, the Environmental Energy Study Institute, and the Llyod Center for Environmental Studies.
