Rivian Expects $5.45 Billion Loss In 2022

Electric car maker Rivian, which has significant operations in Orange County, is expecting to lose $5.45 billion in 2022, up from an expected loss of $4.75 billion it has shared three months ago. The company said it is facing supply chain challenges and issues with raw materials. Rivian is developing electric vehicles, and has a major contract to supply delivery vans for Amazon.
