Rivian In Pricing Dispute With Supplier

Electric truck developer Rivian is in a pricing dispute with one of its suppliers, in a move that could put a hiccup in the company's ability to deliver electric vans for Amazon. According to reports, Rivian has sued Commercial Vehicle Group, which it says has violated a contract and nearly doubled prices on seats that company was supposed to provide to Rivian for Amazon's electric vans. Commercial Vehicle Group apparently has countered that its contract doesn't require that it deliver those seats at the initial contracted price.
