Rolebot Rounds Up $4.5M For Diverse Recruiting

Los Angeles-based Rolebot, which develops artificial intelligence powered software for recruiting diverse talent, says it has raised $4.5M in a funding round. The funding came from Data Point Capital, Uncorrelated Ventures, Jason Calacanis, and the LAUNCH fund. According to Rolebot, it helps companies find the "most promising talent" requiring no job descriptions, no resumes, and no job postings to help companies exceed their diversity goals. The company said its customers include Snowflake, the American Red Cross, Moss Adams, Dentsu, USC, and Randstad. Rolebot's CEO is Shane Bernstein.
