SearchStax Gets Growth Investment

El Segundo-based SearchStax, a developer of website search tools which are embedded into the sites of organizations, has raised what it describes as a "significant minority growth investment". The funding came from Guidepost Growth Equity. Size of the investment was not announced. SearchStax allows organizations to embed site search into their websites, offloading the tasks for keeping that functionality running for teams. The company is led by founder and CEO Sameer Maggon.
