SecureAuth Acquires Acceptto

Irvine-based SecureAuth, a developer of identity and access management software, said today that it has acquired Acceptto, a developer of passwordless authentication and behavioral modeling software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Both companies are involved in the area of "passwordless login" which continually authenticates users based on artificial intelligence software. SecureAuth is led by CEO and Executive Chairman Ravi Khatod. Acceptto is based in Portland, Oregon.
