Simi Valley-based Seesmart Technologies, a provider of LED lighting products, has been acquired by Revolution Lighting, in a deal worth $20M in cash and stock. According to Revolution Lighting Technologies, which develops LED lighting products, Seesmart's product line is highly complementary to its existing products, and Seesmart's distributors and sales representatives also help bolster its distribution.
