    Sendia Raises Venture Round


    Santa Monica-based Sendia announced that it has raised venture funding from Globespan Capital Partners and Mobius Venture Capital and launched the company. Sendia provides wireless enterprise solutions to extend desktop applications to mobile devices, and is headed by Andy De Mari, who was the founder, CEO, and President of ISOCOR Software. The company's software initially targets extending the Salesforce.com service to handheld and mobile devices such as the RIM Blackberry.
