Sendia Upgrades Wireless Access Software

Santa Monica-based Sendia announced this morning that it has upgraded its Wireless SFA tool for access to Version 2.0 of the company's Wireless Salesforce Automation software adds deeper integration of a mobile personal information manager, and email, sales activity, and advanced pipeline reporting. Sendia's software allows mobile users to access the popular online customer relationship management (CRM) software-as-a-service; the company's software integrates with and allows RIM BlackBerry and palmOne Treo smartphones to access live data. Sendia said that the new version of its software also includes one-click logging of both in-bound and out-bound email and automatic scheduling of follow-up tasks. Sendia is backed by Globespan Capital and Mobius Venture Capital.
