Mobile games developer Seriously, which has offices in Los Angeles and links to the local technology ecosystem, has been acquired by social gaming company Playtika, according to reports. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced, however, the deal is rumored to be around $275M. Seriously is best known for its game login in order to access this members-only content, or become a member.
