ServiceNow Customer Wins Award In Australia
Enterprise IT cloud sofwtare developer ServiceNow reports this morning that one of its customers has scored a big award in Australia. According to ServiceNow, Orica, a provider of commercial explosives and blasting systems to the mining and infrastructure markets, just received the ITSM Project of the Year Award from IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Australia, for its user of ServiceNOw's software-as-a-service. Orica has 15,000 employees. ServiceNow said Orica is using its product to improve its IT performance.
