San Diego-based ServiceNow said Wednesday evening that it has priced its follow-on public offering at $28.00 per share. The firm is offering up 14,000,000 shares of its common stock, with most of those shares being sold by its existing, venture capital backers. ServiceNow went public on the NYSE as NOW back in June.
