Slacker Adds iPhone iOS 4 Support

San Diego-based personalized music firm Slacker said Wednesday that it has added support for iOS 4 for the iPhone and iPod touch. According to the firm, its Slcaker Radio application now supports multitasking for listening to music in the background, and is available for free. Apple just released its newest OS, which supports multitasking and minimizing of applications as background tasks. Slacker provides a customized music streaming service, and is venture backed by Austin Ventures, Centennial Ventures, Mission Ventures, Rho Ventures, and Sevin Rosen Funds.
