SOCi Rolls Out AI Software

San Diego-based SOCi has rolled out a new, artificial intelligence powered product, which it says helps its customers to "quickly generate personalized, on-brand responses to all engagement types and social networks." The company said the new tool is an extension of its SOCi Social product, and is called Genius Social. Pricing on the product was not announced; the company said it is putting its customers on a "beta waitlist" for the new product.
