    Solekai Systems Sells Unit

San Diego-based Solekai Systems Corporation, and engineering services firm focused on the digital video area, said yesterday that it has sold its operations in Boulder, Colorado, to enableTV. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Solekai Systems, which provides engineering services for digital video products, including design, development, integration, and test services, said its test lab is being combined with assets from Vidiom Systems to create enableTV. Approximately 60 former Vidiom and Solekai employees are joining the new company. Solekai provides services to companies such as AMD, Conexant, DIRECTV, and Tivo.
