StyleScan Snags $1M For Virtual Dressing Rooms

Los Angeles-based StyleScan, a developer of technology which allows people to try on clothing virtually, has raised $1M in a seed funding, the company said today. The company said the new funding brings its total seed funding to $3M. The funding was led by Clearbrook Capital. The company was founded by CEo Larissa Posner. According to the StyleScan, its technology allows users to preview garments on models with a wide range of body shapes, sizes and skin-tones.
