System1 Gets Acquisition Offer For Total Security

Los Angeles-based customer acquisition marketing provider System1 said this morning that it has received an "indication of interest" from Just Develop It Limited, to acquire Total Security Limited. According to System1, Just Develop It has offered up $240M in cash, the assumption of certain potential earnout payments in respect of Total Security and the delivery of approximately 29 million System1 shares held by Just Develop It and related persons. Total Security provides anti-virus software for businesses.
