    TelASIC Hires Manufacturing VP
    El Segundo-based TelASIC Communications said today that it has hired on Kent Osborne as the firm's new Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. Osborne has served at DSC Communicaitons, Alcatel-Lucent, World Access, and other firms. TelASIC said that Osborne brings 26 years of experience in manufacturing and operations to the firm, and spent the last 8 years at a number of un-named startups. TelASIC is a manufacturer of semiconductors for the WCDMA and HSDPA telecommunications market.
