TigerText Debuts New Enterprise Offering

Santa Monica-based TigerText, the developer of secure messaging tools that are popular with the healthcare industry, said on Tuesday that it has rolled out a new clinical communications product called TigerFlow Enterprise. TigerText said the new tools embed workflow communications and mimic the existing workflow of a hospital, integrating with EHR systems, managing a wide range of clinical alerts, and more. The company said the new tool connects to EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, Allscripts, and others. Pricing on the new software was not announced. TigerText is led by CEO Brad Brooks, and is backed by Norwest Venture Partners, Invus Group, Accolade Partners, Shasta Ventures, OrbiMed, and Reed Elsevier.
