Tinder's Co-Founders Sue IAC, Match Group

A group of founders and early employees of Los Angeles-based dating/hookup app Tinder have just sued a lawsuit again IAC and Match Group, accusing the two of lowering the payout price for their stock options. According to the lawsuit, filed in the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan, IAC and Match "robbed Tinder employees" by deliberately lowering the valuation of Tinder, among other accusations. The lawsuit was filed by Sean Rad, Justin Mateen, Jonathan Badeen, as well as other early employees of the dating app developer.
