Newport Beach-based The TriZetto Group, a provider of technology for the healthcare payer market, said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Quality Care Solutions, Inc. The deal was worth approximately $130M. TriZetto announced the acquisition in September. QCSI is also a provider of healthcare payer software. TriZetto provides its software and services to national and regional health insurance plans, benefits administrators, and others.
