UST Acquires Australia's Leonardo

Aliso Viejo-based UST said today that it has acquired Melbourne, Australia-based Leonardo, a provider of business process improvement, automation, and integration services, in Australia and New Zealand. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. UST said the acquisition will help expand its market reach and offerings. UST says Leonardo has more than 70 people on its team.
