Aliso Viejo-based UST Global, a provider of IT services and outsourcing, said today that it has acquired four different companies over the past six months expanding its workforce in the US, Asia, India, Europe, and Latin America. The company tsaid the acquisitions included Atlanta-based global software services company Xpanxion, and Milwaukee-based engineering solutions company Kanchi Technologies. Financial details of those acquisitions were not announced. UST Global also said it has made six investments in technology companies, including investments in Moonraft (design), Kuboo (social networking and gaming), Abzooda (analytics), Third Eye Systems (Big Data), many of those in conjunction with venture capital firm Blumberg Capital. UST Global says it has over 14,000 employees spread across the USA, India, Mexico, Spain, UK, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore.
