Virtium Expands Board

Rancho Santa Margarita-based Virtium, which develops solid state drives and other memory products, said today that it has named Steve Litchfield to its Board of Directors. Litchfield is currently CFO and Chief Corporate Strategy Officer at MaxLinear. Litchfield also previously served as an executive at Microsemi Corp., and had been on Microsemi's board, in addition to positions at Banc of America Securities and Toyota Motor Corp.
