WhooHooLive Takes On Rare Recordings, Videos

WhooHooLive.com, a new Los Angeles-based music streaming and download service, said Wednesday that it has debuted a new service focused on rare, live recordings and videos. The site said it will offer up audio and video concerts and music of such artists as Emerson Lake & Palmer; Todd Rundgren; Iggy Pop and The Nice. The new site says it is looking to become a source for performances and music previously only available as bootlegs, and is working with the artists for authorized recordings. The new service said it will offer up $9.95 per month subscriptions, as well as single tracks for 99 cents.
