Irvine-based chip maker WiSpry said Tuesday that it has shipped a new development/evaluation kit, aimed at developers of smartphones and tablets. The firm said its new Antenna Tuning Developers' Kit features a miniature size so that developer can evaluate its products in a true form-factor smartphone or tablet. WiSpry is a developer of tunable chips used for wireless antennas. The firm said the kit will help OEMs evaluate and streamline the process of integrating its antenna tuning capabilities into their products.
