Irvine-based WiSpry, a manufacturer of RF CMOS semiconductors for the wireless market, announced today that it has tapped Takachiho Koheki Co. Ltd as its technical distributor for Japan. The firm said that Takachiho Koheki is one of Japan's leading distributor of electronic components to consumer electronics and mobile phone makers. WiSpry is venture backed by Paladin Capital Group, L-Capital Partners, Blue Print Ventures, MuRata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., American River Ventures, In-Q-Tel, the Tech Coast Angels, Shepherd Ventures, Chart Venture Partners, and Acadia Woods Partners.
