Xcelaero Riases $11.1M For Cooling Technology

San Luis Obispo-based Xcelaero, which is developing high efficiency fans for the computer cooling market, has quietly raised $11.1M in an investment round. Details on the funding have not been released. Xcelaero's products are targeted at the communications, computer, consumer, automotive, military, aerospace, and medical electronics markets. According to the firm, its cooling products for the rackmount computing market operate at approximately twice the efficiency of competing fans.
