XIFIN Names New CIO

San Diego-based XIFIN, a developer of cloud-based software for managing diagnostic, clinical, and financial data in the healthcare market, said this week that it has named John Kelly as its Chief Information Officer. Kelly was most recently Chief Technoloyg Officer at PatientKeeper, and also spent more than a decade at Cigna. Kelly will report to CEO Lale White.
