Xoova Links With Medical Group
Santa Monica-based Xoova, a provider of Internet-based scheduling software for doctor's offices, said Monday that it has entered into an affiliation with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Xoova said that the MGMA has added the company as an affiliate vendor, and that it will allow MGMA members to use its tools for free. Xoova operates an online service which allows doctors to advertise their medical services and their patients to schedule appointments online. The company is venture backed by Spark Capital and headed by Tommy McGloin, former head of AOL's MapQuest.
