Yardi Adds Product To Simplify Housing Voucher Acceptance

Santa Barbara-based real estate management software developer Yardi has rolled out some new software, which it says makes it easier for landlords to accept housing vouchers. According to Yardi, the company's new product simplifies the many steps required for landlords to accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs) and to work with public housing agencies. Yardi says the current process for accepting vouchers can take "weeks or months". The new feature is part of the company's RentCafe software product.
