Open Database Project Launches

AMULET Development, the firm beind the HostedDatabase.com web database service, has launched a new free web service called the The Open Database Project. According to AMULET, the new project allows the public to upload and publish any structured data to the Internet, for free. The service allows anyone on the Internet to create a web-based database, and add and search for information in those databases. The open database project is powered by AMULET's HostedDatabase.com service, which allows users to create web-based databases for a monthly fee.
