Boston, Mass.-based storage services provider Iron Mountain said earlier this week that it has acquired Irvine-based Accutrac Software, a provider of records management and professional services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Iron Mountain said it is acquiring Accutrac to enhance its records management capabilities. Accutrac was founded in 1997, and serves the corporate, legal, energy, and other industries with its compliance and management software.
