Los Angeles-based Amp'd Mobile has announced yet another content partnership, announcing today that it has partnered with Break.com, to develop BreakTV, a mobile entertainment channel that is focused on broadcasting "viral" videos over mobile handsets. Break.com is an online distributor of user generated content and videos. Amp'd is developing a MVNO service targeted at the youth market.
