    AOL Targets Hollywood News


    America Online and telepictures Products said yesterday that the two companies are launching a new, 24/7 on-demand entertainment new network focused on Hollywood. The two companies are launching TMZ.com, a news network covering entertainment news, celebrities, movies, and more. TMZ refers to the thirty mile zone around Hollywood. The companies said that the new sitewill include video news segments, photos, blogs, and other behind-the-scenes access to Hollywood. The site will be managed by Harvey Levin, producer of Celebrity Justice. Telepictures is the producer of reality programming, including The Bachelor and The Ellen Degeneres Show.
