Boost Mobile Launches Mobile Community
Irvine-based Boost Mobile said this morning that it has launched a new community for mobile users in conjunction with AirG. The two companies have launched Boost HOOKT, a private-labeled mobile community that incorporates email, instant messaging, picture profiles, and public and private messaging lounges. The community is targeted at connecting people with similar interests in hobbies through Boost Mobile phones. AirG will provide the community solution for the provider. Boost Mobile is a subsidiary of Nextel Communications.
