Bright Uro Takes $23M For Medical Devices

Irvine-based Bright Uro, a company developing medical devices to treat lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), says it has raised $23M in a Series A financing. The funding was led by Laborie Medical Technologies, as well as others. The company said it will use the funding to go towards FDA 510(k) clerance of its products, with target launch in the U.S. in 2024.
