Consello Capital Acquires ProSearch

Los Angeles- and New York-based private equity investor Consello Capital says it has acquired ProSearch Strategies, a "tech-enabled" legal service provider for enterprise customers. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Consello Capital says ProSearch Strategies has over 200 employees, and locations in the United States, Ireland, and India, and is its first investment.
