Truelink Capital Acquires Flipp

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Truelink Capital said on Wednesday that it has acquired Flipp Corporation, a marketing technology provider based in Toronto. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. The companies said that Flipp helps retail enterprise with automating, publishing, and distributing "digitally-native merchandising content".
