    ESET Rolls Malware Software For Linux


    San Diego-based ESET said today that it has rolled out three new software packages for malware scanning on both Enterprise and SMB Linux environments. The firm said that the new products provide gateway, file, and mail scanning for malware in files; the malware scanning tools include a version which acts as an HTTP gateway; a version for protecting Linux mail servers; and a version which scans file systems. The new software is available for Red Hat, Fedora, Mandrake, SuSE, Ubuntu and Debian distributions.
