Hawke Media Acquires Social Nucleus, In UK Expansion

Los Angeles-based marketing firm Hawke Media said this morning that it has acquired digital marketing firm Social Nucleus, and expanded into the UK. Social Nucleus is based in Manchester, UK. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Social Nucleus is led by CEO William Tickle, who appears to be joining Hawke Media with the rest of the Social Nucleus team.
