Hawke Media Buys Tribute Media

Santa Monica-based Hawke Media said late last week that it has acquired Tribute Media, a Meridian, Idaho web marketing agency. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Hawke Media said Tribute Media has been in the digital marketing area since 2007, having built more than 700 websites, among other web marketing services. Hawke Media claims it is now valued at over $150M; the company is led by CEO and Founder Erik Huberman.
