Impervious.ai Snags Seed Round

Los Angeles-based Impervious Technologies, a developer of APIs that connect into the Bitcoin Lightning Network, has raised a round of seed funding. Size of that round was not announced. According to the company, the funding came from CoinShares, NYDIG, Trammell Venture Partners, Fundamental Labs, Strategic Cyber Ventures, TEN-31 and others. The startup said it is developing a peer-to-peer (P2P) standard that connects web browser software into a peer-to-peer network built on the Bitcoin Lightning Network.
