InnovateMR Acquires Ivy Exec

Calabasas-based market research technology company InnovateMR said on Tuesday that it has acquired Ivy Exec, a company which operates an "expert network" of professionals focused on career growth support and paid research opportunities. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. InnovateMR said that the founder of Ivy Exec, Elena Bajic, will become President of Ivy Exec. InnovateMR is led by CEO Lisa Wilding-Brown. The company is backed by private equity investor CIVC Partners.
