    Iomega Ships NAS Storage


    San Diego-based Iomega said this morning that it is shipping three new products targeted at the small and medium business market. The company's NAS 200d w REV, NAS 300r server, and Iomega REV 35GB SATA drive provide a combination of network attached storage with built-in Iomega REV drive support. Iomega's REV drive is a high capacity removable hard drive that the company is targeting at backup and archive applications. The company's new 200d Seriers 320GB Drive is a NAS server with integrated REV 35GB backup in a desktop box; the Iomega REV 35GB SATA drive provides REV support using the Serial ATA standard. The Iomega NAS 300r server is a rack mountable network attached storage device with capacities of 320GB to 500GB.
