A new, Los Angeles startup, Kuyam.com, launched Thursday, saying it is targeting busy women with a new service to help them find local services in the Los Angeles area, and book appointment times online. The new service said it has created a way for users to find local lifestyle businesses and schedule appointments through an easy-to-use, user friendly calendar. Kyam.com was created by Kuorosh Gohar. The company said it is free to use for users, but charges businesses a small fee for booking appointments through its site.
