mobileStorm Sharpens Focus On Healthcare, Marketers
Los Angeles-based mobileStorm, the provider of email, SMS, and other online marketing services, is sharpening its focus on the healthcare market with a new release of its service. The firm said today that its latest release, mobileStorm 5.0, specifically includes features aimed at healthcare payers and providers, in addition to marketers in other industries. The firm said the updated tool provides changes to make it easier for its customers to plan, compose, and schedule communications with customers. The firm said it is now providing companies such as Humana, Kaiser Permanente, NASCAR, American Idol, and Ashley Furniture Homestore with its services. The firm started focusing in on healthcare clients in May, when it said it launched a "mobileStorm for Healthcare" product specifically aimed at sending HIPAA compliant communications for healthcare providers.
