Navitas Powers Samsung Galaxy S22

El Segundo-based gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductor developer Navitas Semiconductor said today that its chips have been been selected by Samsung for use in its Galaxy S22 Ultra and S22+ smartphones. Speciically, Navitas says its ICs are being used for Samsung's fast charging technology. Financial impact o the win were not announced.
